Terms of sale

The supplier of the ordered products is the Nin saltworks store, at the address Ilirska cesta 7, 23232 Nin. Nin saltworks allows the purchase of the entire range of products from their webshop. Any person who orderes at least one product online, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a buyer. All prices are in kuna (HRK), including VAT.

Ordering products

The products are ordered electronically and are considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire order process:

  • by pressing the "shopping cart", the selected product is stored in the shopping cart
  • after selecting the required products, you need to click on the "Webshop" to review the order
  • enter all data
  • choose a payment method
  • confirm the order

You will receive an order confirmation from the Nin saltworks on the mail you used to register as a customer. If you don't receive this message, please make sure that the items are in your shopping cart after logging in. If they are not there, please call the phone number +385 23 264 764. The Nin salt works agrees to deliver all the ordered products which are in stock in the moment of delivery.

Payment of products

All prices are in the Croatian national currency, kuna (HRK), including VAT. The buyer agrees to pay the ordered goods by one of the following paying methods:

  • cash
  • debit Card
  • credit Card
  • delivery

Delivering the products

All ordered products are delivered by contracted courier or by the Croatian Post. Shipping is done in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered done when the product is delivered to delivery service. The cost of delivery is additionally charged according to the delivery service list of prices.

Complaint

In case of complaints, please contact us within two working days of receiving the shipping. In case of return of products the customer is required to make a legitimate complaint by e-mail to naprodaja@solananin.hr, write a complaint letter to the Nin salt works, Ilirska cesta 7, 23232 Nin or on the phone number +385 23 264 764.

In the case of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to exchange for correct, undamaged and valid item.

The Nin saltworks will accept the return of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.We do not refund, but only offer a product replacement. The buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods to the Nin salt works, Ilirska cesta 7, 23232 Nin.

The buyer has the right to complaint and the return of goods in the following cases:

  • the goods he didn't order were delivered,
  • the delivered goods had an expired shelf life, and/or
  • delivered goods is faulty or visibly damaged.

Validity check upon the receipt of the order on the buyer.

In case of complaint, damage during shipping, errors in data transfer or other deficiency, please contact us within two working days of receiving the shipment. The buyer is obliged to send the complaint to the Nin salt works e-mail, send a complaint letter or let us know by phone. Product must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged (if the reason for the complaint is not a product defect) with the original sales receipt which the customer has received with the submitted articles. Otherwise, we WILL NOT accept the complaint. Replacement of items can be done within seven days of receipt of the products, if a replacement item is available.

In case any of the personal information recorded during the registration are changed (eg. a place of residence, delivery address), the customer is obliged to inform the Nin salt works about the change. In case of not informing about the change, the Nin salt works is not responsible for any shortcomings in terms of orders and product delivery.
