In a wooden box is hidden a ceramic vessel in which highly concentrated brine obtained by the natural evaporation of the Adriatic Sea in the fields of the Nin Saltworks is placed. The brine can be left to evaporate naturally to crystallize the salt, or you can put it in the oven to speed up the process. When the salt crystallizes, pick it up with a metal tool. This way, you can have freshly crystallized sea salt on your table that will pamper your palate.
